Tempe Profile
An educational nerve center, Tempe, Arizona is probably best known for its Arizona State University. One of the three major universities in Arizona, Tempe is a spot where minds meet. From the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism to the Biodesign Institute, ASU has a lot to offer students. But, bordering Phoenix and Scottsdale, Tempe has more than just academia in its clutches. Sun Devil Stadium, right in the center of the ASU Campus, is home to both the ASU Sun Devils college team and the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals. Catch a game and head to downtown Tempe where Mill Avenue’s restaurants and shops would catch anyone’s eye. As with most university towns, Tempe has an eclectic mix of people and attractions. Relax or recreate in Papago Park, and take a leisurely boat ride in Tempe Town Lake. No matter what you do in Tempe, make sure to take advantage of its exquisite wintertime weather. And, like it’s motto says- Tempe is truly a town “in touch.”Current Temperature:
